THE MAJORITY OF OUR BUSINESS IS BUILT AROUND SUPPLYING GARDEN CENTRES WITH WEEKLY DELIVERIES OF SEASONAL BEDDING PLANTS.
We send out a weekly availability list, by email, every Friday for the following week, with a wide range of seasonal plants in various containers, at wholesale prices.
Due to the nature of our product, things are changing all the time, with different plants coming into flower, so we’re always happy to answer any questions over the phone, or by email.
Sometimes there’s something in particular, that one of your customers is looking for, but we don’t have it ready yet. We’re quite happy to reserve stock, ready to be delivered to you, with an order at a later date.
We manage all of our own transport, with our fleet of 7.5 ton and 3.5 ton vehicles. This allows us to provide fast turnarounds and flexibility, to meet the needs of your retail outlet.
Our guarantee is that any order placed before midday Monday and meeting the minimum order requirements, will be delivered by the end of the working week; however we are often able to make much faster turnarounds, sometimes even delivering on the same day.
We communicate closely with our clients, to provide the best service and plan deliveries that fit in with their weekly schedule.
If you’re a local customer and you only want smaller quantities at a time, we can often pick up an order, ready for you to collect.
We can provide printed, barcoded pre-pricing on all of our products, with retail prices and multi-buy offers.
We pack all of our orders onto Certified CC trolleys, to allow quick and easy deliveries, if you are in the system. If not, no problem. We can still make deliveries to your centre.
Most of our customers pay by account, but we can also take payment on, or before delivery.
Accounts can be paid by bank transfer, or by cheque. We also accept cash and all major credit or debit cards.
